Post-work dates, post-work drinks, post-work pizzas and the occasional group-dinner situation. All occasions
for which you’ll be coming here. (See
the coppery, bricky beauty of the slideshow.) The reasons include the fact that the chef comes by way of
the Pines and Roberta’s (lending some major cred to the pizza) and that there’s a Sazerac that’s
somehow incorporated popcorn. That comes courtesy of a Little (and Middle) Branch vet, so not too shabby
there, either.
But about the pizza: you’re looking at the kind of big old square, mortadella-topped Neapolitan pies that conjure images of portly little kids pressing their
faces against windows to get a closer look. So, yes, in this example you’re a portly little kid. Own
it.

about, there’s an attached slice shop with a walk-by window, which every single place should have.
