Alvin Cailan, of Eggslut fame, is Chefs Club Counter’s first long-term chef-in-residence—and to kick off his stay, which will run through February 2018, he’s crafted a menu consisting entirely of burgers. We like him already.
The menu features a few classic burgers, including one inspired by the burger emoji (Quite the times we’re living in. And yes, that is it pictured above.), and then a slew of options curated from esteemed NYC chefs: Eleven Madison Park’s Daniel Humm, Aldea’s George Mendes, the man Jean-Georges himself and more.
