Well next Tuesday, Claus Meyer is making his kitchen debut, for one night, and one night only, alongside Norman’s executive chef Andrew Whitcomb. Each dish involves a grain component—an intentional nod to Claus’ newly released second cookbook, Meyer’s Bakery—and they’ll be serving up a menu of raw marinated mackerel with kohlrabi; cod donuts with dill mayonnaise; braised beef cheeks; and rye bread porridge with sea buckthorn and rye crumble.Â
