These are real-deal, actually-boiled bagels courtesy of the guys who took it upon themselves to revitalize the San Francisco deli scene (we’re looking at you, pastrami fries).
And they’ll be serving their glorious rounds in this bright, shiny bakery space complete with smooth wooden tables and high stools that are perfect for perching on while digging into a bagel sandwich topped with smoked salmon or egg and pastrami sausage.
