The chef behind the West Village charmer, Left Bank, has just launched a rotisserie chicken takeaway and delivery service—for you to employ the next time you’re hosting and feeling particularly lazy.

It’s called Poulet Sans Tête (which translates to chicken without a head), and they’re offering a focused menu of whole, half or quarter rotisserie chickens, chicken sandwiches with pâté, pickles and spicy mayo, sides like chicken fat-roasted potatoes, mashed root vegetables and tricolor salad and more.
