Because here comes Champagne Toast—not the speech variety, but an actual toast dish made with champagne. It’ll be available on New Year’s Eve at Charlie Palmer Steak.

We thought this needed to exist, if only for the sake of wordplay. So we asked our pal Charlie Palmer to create it, and he came through for us. For you, really. For the final day of 2015, because that’s when champagne toasts are supposed to happen.

This is not a humble, “let’s just take it easy this year” New Year’s dish. It’s toasted brioche, stuffed with lobster salad, topped with golden osetra caviar and surrounded by a champagne sabayon. It’s served to you on a marble slab, with the requisite glass of champagne.

Only one way to get this: call (or email here) to make a New Year’s Eve reservation and say the words “UrbanDaddy Served Up” while doing so. It’ll come, gratis, with their New Year’s Eve gala menu.

Cue your heartiest “Auld Lang Syne.”
