Every month this Fall, Bon Appètit and Reynard (the restaurant on the ground floor of Wythe Hotel) will team up with a restaurant on the West Coast for a dinner to celebrate the release of their respective cookbooks. First up: Night + Market, a killer Thai restaurant in LA that began as a pop-up in a former dry-cleaning space on the Sunset Strip. The cookbook is a colorful, easy read, with vegan variations and a bit of interesting backstory alongside the recipes.Â
But about this dinner: it’ll be a legitimate Thai feast featuring their crispy rice salad, Thai boxing chicken, papaya salad, sticky rice, pork toro and roti dessert. Grab your tickets below, with or without a copy of the new book, and stay tuned for more from the Dinner With Friends series.
