The Essentials
The word “supra” means, “a Georgian feast featuring an abundance of food, wine, and toasts (sometimes poetic, often lengthy, occasionally punctuated by song).” Supra is a uniquely Georgian dining experience, featuring homemade breads, garlicky chicken, fantastic wines, and lots of vegetarian and vegan options.
