Use of the Site and Services
To list items on silho.com, you must have your own social media (Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook) accounts. Authentication with Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook username and password is required. We do not have access to any of your private information (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Stripe, Kash, and PayPal log on details and passwords), all data is encrypted and goes directly to (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Stripe, Kash, and PayPal through official service API.
Images are uploaded automatically by adding #SILHO hashtag to your social posts.
Selling, Purchases and Payments Policies
Basic version of silho.com – is free of charge. Each Seller can list and edit UNLIMITED number of items free of charge.
SILHO charges a 5% transactions fee, however regular Stripe, Kash, and PayPal transactions fees will apply as well.
Site users should confirm that all information (including all social media accounts and the PayPal email address) provided is true and accurate, and use of PayPal account information is authorized by PayPal account owner. Socially Mobile won’t be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
Socially Mobile does not handle or hold any funds from a transaction through the Site. Site only acts as an intermediary to facilitate payments and remittances through PayPal, therefore Socially Mobile does not offer refunds for any transactions made on the Site. In the event of any dispute regarding a purchase or sale – all issues must be resolved through PayPal Resolution Center.
Seller is fully responsible for the accuracy of information provided in description and quality of products.
Prohibited and restricted content:
Advertising of external websites, stores and resources;
Sexually explicit or erotic content;
Content that incites hatred or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity), harassment, bullying, or similar content that advocates harm against an individual or group;
Images with more than 25% text in the image
Offensive or violent images and text;
Duplicate listings in same or different categories;
More than 2 different items for sale in one picture. Allowed: item variations (Example: different color)
Prohibited and restricted items:
Alcohol and tobacco products;
Drugs and drug paraphernalia;
Illegal, counterfeit and dangerous goods and services;
Currently Site doesn’t support sales of the following items:
Motor vehicles (road, air, water, space);

In no event will Socially Mobile be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, lost savings, lost data or loss of goodwill, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, arising out of your use or inability to use our service (“Site”) or the breach of this agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number.
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to submit personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
