Pop-up markets can be a dime a dozen. The ever-roving American Field pop-up market, which is making its San Francisco debut this weekend with US-made goods like leather jackets and watches and furniture, is not that. It’s whatever the monetary equivalent of “way more that that” is.

Another Fleet Week, another rooftop party. Except this year, you’re going to the Dorian’s all-day, all-night, nautical-themed viewing and after-party. They’re taking over Chestnut Street, pouring frosé and generally helping you make good life choices.
GARDEN PARTY
Here comes another new brunch. This one’s at Gardenias, that little neighborhood gem in Lower Pac Heights. Maybe go for the pork pozole with a fried egg or a breakfast sandwich on focaccia. Definitely go for an heirloom tomato michelada. Just go for things, is basically the point.
WILDER WEST
Movies at the Castro are kind of the best. Adding no exception to that rule: this two-day lineup of Gene Wilder movies (Blazing Saddles, The Producers, Willy Wonka and Stir Crazy), which you will take a date to and enjoy. We don’t make the very specific rules.
