Gambling happens. Sure, you’ve got your typical blackjack and roulette. But the focus of the 27,000-square-foot casino is the high-end lounges and Asia-preferred games like baccarat and pai gow. So it’s like gambling in Macau, minus being really, ridiculously far away.
There’s no shortage of unbelievably good food. For fine dining, there’s Pearl Ocean, with its own live seafood room. For the bold palate, there’s Phoenix, an intimate adventure in deer tendon and other delicacies. And for a snack, there’s Bao Now, which makes pork belly and braised beef bao 24 hours a day.
