THE MANY WHISKIES
Fade in: Tomorrow night. A random Brooklyn cruise terminal. You and a friend are sampling a selection of 60 whiskies, people saying facts about them all around you. To your left, someone sits for a complimentary Blind Barber haircut. Another friend strolls over, bearing whisky-infused chocolate bon bons. By and by, a concert will begin. It’s Dan Auerbach. This night is good.
THE FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICHES
Attractive neighborhood spot Motel Morris (you know the place) is doing lunch as of this week and brunch as of this very weekend, with things like veggie benedicts (creamed kale, grilled tomato, lemon hollandaise), ricotta fritters with rhubarb-basil compote, and crispy fried chicken sandwiches. And other things, too.
THE DANCING ON WATER
Five hours of sailing around the river to the sounds of Viken Arman, with an undoubtedly attractive burner crowd dressed to the nines with a Monte Carlo theme as their guide. Either those things mean something to you, or you just have to trust us.
FROM PERKS
Brunch. It’s great. But it’s better on the top deck of a yacht with the booze flowing. That’s a scientific fact. Which is why we’re setting you up with the option to get a couple of drinks or go full-on bottomless at Hudson’s Sunday brunch sail.

You’ll start this Sunday, when BABËL kicks off their summer rooftop series on the 23rd floor of Williamsburg’s William Vale with sexy house music by their resident DJs. We’ll stop telling you what to do now.
THE DUDE
And up on Hotel Hugo’s open-air rooftop, they’ve just released their summer movie lineup, and there’s a lot of good stuff in store. Next week, you can watch The Big Lebowski under twinkle lights while sipping rosé tequila and sharing plates of red snapper-shrimp-mango-jalepeño ceviche and braised flank steak tacos. Which we’re willing to bet is quite different than that last time you saw it.
