With the Winter Olympics officially underway, we figure you’re going to need some good places to watch our country ski, sled, and slide polished orbs across long sheets of ice. And maybe try curling for yourself (don’t even pretend like you don’t want to). At the very least, enjoy a seven-course gold-themed tasting menu.

So we rounded up a few places to do said things.

Without further ado…

You Require: The games projected throughout on a 36-foot screen with surround sound and cocktails named for famous glory-bladers of yesteryear.

You’ll Receive: A multi-level East Village bar slinging Apollo Ohnos (gin, tangerine juice, cranberry, lime) and Tara Lipinskis (scotch, lemon, Demerara, Benedictine).

411: The VNYL, 100 3rd Ave, (between 12th and 13th), 917-675-7712

You Require: An extremely extra all-gold tasting menu that incorporates caviar served on a bed of golden ice.

You’ll Receive: This steakhouse, serving up five meals a night (one for each Olympic ring, of course) consisting of golden olive oil-drizzled burrata, rib-eyes served with a brushed golden medallion hanging off the bone, six-layer lemon cake gilded in gold flakes and more.

411: Feb 9—Feb 25, $2300 per couple, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse New York, 1221 Ave of the Americas (between 6th and 7th), 212-575-5129

You Require: A hotel ready to let you curl your heart out while sipping hot toddies and listening to modern Korean music.

You’ll Receive: This 8000-square-foot terrace transformed into two lanes of street curling—throwing an opening ceremony party tonight with complimentary games, a DJ spinning Korean music, hot cocktails and the Ceremony aired on precisely 37 TVs. (The curling will last through the 25th if you can’t make it tonight.)

411: Feb 9, 6pm—10pm, Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel, 218 W 35th St (between 7th and 8th), 212-239-0014

You Require: An opening ceremony viewing party with shot specials to bring you back to your college days.

You’ll Receive: That upscale sports lounge Atwood will be screening the Ceremony on its many TVs this evening, and also doing red white and blue shots served on a ski. Plus other, less fratty drink specials (two-for-ones, $5 cocktails) all night.

411: Feb 9, 8pm, Atwood, 986 2nd Ave (between E 52nd and E 53rd), 212-371-2233

You Require: Dessert inspired by an Olympic torch.

You’ll Receive: The STK Games: where you can order gold, silver and bronze-rimmed shots served on a winner’s podium and flaming cotton candy with a hidden strawberry shortcake dessert inside (torch-inspired, of course).

411: Through Feb 23, STK Downtown, 26 Little W 12th St (between Washington and 9th), 646-624-2444; STK Midtown, 1114 6th Ave (at W 43rd), 646-624-2455
