To thank and to celebrate all those of you who are generously supporting The Pulling Together Fund, The CUBC Rowing Charitable Fund or are supporting the club in other ways, The CUBC Foundation kindly requests the pleasure of your company for drinks and canapés at 4.00pm pm on Saturday 6th July at Henley Royal Regatta. You will be also able to purchase guest passes, should you wish, but as the number of guests that we are able to host at the event is limited, we are currently limiting these to one per person. We would be grateful if you could RSVP and, if you are able to attend, to purchase any guest passes, at your earliest convenience before 17 June 2024. Should any further places be available, additional guest passes will be offered shortly afterwards. Further details will be provided in due course.
To gain access to the event, you are kindly requested to wear the CUBC donor/volunteer lapel pin that you will receieve via post to acknowledge and to thank you for your donation and/or your time. Your guests will be provided with a guest badge when they arrive at the event. Only guests wearing a CUBC lapel pin or a guest badge will be admitted to and served at the event, as capacity is limited.
Covered seating will be available in the event of inclement weather.
There is a great deal to celebrate this year and the generous and continuing support of our donors and volunteers has helped make this possible. We look forward to celebrating both the Club’s recent successes and its future with you at this event.
