We’ll dive deep into the conscious breath. Relax with a guided meditation. Followed by an explanation of what happens during a Chi Breathwork session. Then we will breathe. This particular way of breathing and practice, is healing and revitalizing of so many levels, both physically and spiritually. After the Breathwork session is done will gather and debrief.
