The Essentials

At Urban Butcher, they’re passionate about their meat. Their nose-to-tail menu showcases the whole animal butchery practice, from steaks and roasts to patés and pastrami. Their meat cellar displays their renowned craft charcuterie program, where time and patience yield their reputed hams, salumi and other cured meats. Their rib steak is dry-aged in house for 60+ days, then grilled on an open flame and rested. They claim it’s the best steak in the DC area.
