And it’s possible at Bespoken Showroom, the sexy showroom of the versatile NY-based menswear and suiting operation. It’s now open to the public in Midtown (check it out here).
At the moment, think of it as a shop for their ready-to-wear stuff. Mélange cotton button-downs, sleek black denim jackets and, of course, sport coats and trousers being shining examples.
You might be asking yourself, “If it’s just the ready-to-wear stuff, why don’t I just go online?” That’s a valid question on the face of it. But if you learn one thing from us, ever, let it be this. Buying suiting—or any clothes, really—online is never as good as being able to feel the materials and try things on. And they’ve got a stylist on staff to make sure all that goes smoothly. So, there’s your main reason.
Other natty inducements include one-offs and samples you won’t be able to find anywhere else, on-site alterations in the near future and a willingness to do full-on bespoke suiting if you ask nicely.
If you’re the type who likes to have small shindigs with a few handsome friends where you get a personal shopping session with a stylist or the head designer, complete with cocktails, they can hook that up for you, too.
