We are delighted to announce that in 2024 we will once again be providing official Royal Ascot corporate hospitality packages as an Official Hospitality Supplier (OHS) appointed directly by Ascot Racecourse.

Savour the Royal Ascot meeting in style with this brand new facility, situated in a second-floor suite, offering fabulous elevated views of the track from an exclusive private balcony. With a prime viewing position, Mercier Brut Champagne reception, three-course luncheon (four-course on Thursday) and a complimentary bar available, guests will be sure to enjoy a day at the races like no other.

Bookings can be made for a minimum of two guests, with private tables guaranteed for parties of 8 or more

The Gallery Hospitality Package Includes:

• A beautiful, 2nd-floor track-facing structure with uninterrupted views from a private viewing balcony
• A direct view of both the racing action and the Royal Procession
• Queen Anne Enclosure admission
• Reserved table for the day (private tables of 8 or more guests, option to select private tables for smaller parties at an additional cost*)
