Eventmasters are delighted to offer the finest Royal Ascot Hospitality packages from within Sandringham Restaurant from Tuesday 18th June 2024 – Saturday 22nd June 2024. We are delighted to announce that in 2024 we will once again be providing official Royal Ascot corporate hospitality packages as an Official Hospitality Supplier (OHS) appointed directly by Ascot Racecourse.
Savour your race day at Royal Ascot with a visit to the stunning Sandringham Restaurant in 2024. This sumptuous corporate facility offers guests a champagne reception on arrival followed by a delicious three-course signature lunch. A complimentary bar, stocking Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne amongst others, will also be available throughout the day and exquisite afternoon tea will be on offer for those still in need of satisfying their refined palates.
Booking can be made for a minimum of two guests, with private tables provided for all parties.
Sandringham Restaurant Hospitality Package Includes:
- Reserved private table and viewing deck adjacent to the track
- Royal Enclosure guest badge
- Three-course signature menu and/or chefs stations serving appetisers, desserts and cheeses
- Complimentary bar throughout the day, including Mot & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne and cocktails

- Reserved private table and viewing deck adjacent to the track
- Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne on arrival.
- Three-course signature menu, and/or chefs stations serving appetisers, desserts and cheeses.
- Selection of fine wines and liqueurs.
