Hotel Park Ave

Hotel Park Ave is a design-focused hotel on Park Avenue South in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. Formerly operated as Mondrian Park Avenue, the property now trades under its current independent identity while retaining a convenient location near Madison Square Park, the Flatiron District, Koreatown, and Midtown offices. Guest rooms and suites use contemporary finishes and residential touches, giving the hotel a more intimate feel than many larger properties nearby. Its address provides straightforward access to subway lines, restaurants, nightlife, and several of Manhattan’s major business districts. Hotel Park Ave is best suited to travelers who want a central, polished base with a neighborhood feel and easy movement between Midtown and downtown rather than the scale and amenities of a full resort-style hotel.
