An Eight-Course Japanese Tasting Menu You Just Might Have to Try

Description
If you’ve yet to dine at Flatiron’s ROKI, we’d highly suggest getting a reservation on the books for this or next week. Why? Well, the Izakaya spot just launched a specially crafted eight-course tasting menu, and the dishes are downright delightful.
Among the courses, you’ll find foie gras and truffle dumplings, whole crab Japanese paella, Hoji-cha-smoked duck. That’s a traditional Japanese tea, if you’re curious.
The menu is only available for six lucky humans, two seatings a night. Check out some photos and the full menu below, then go ahead and secure a seat or two.
