Murray’s is throwing this pairing event in collaboration with the Brooklyn-based hot sauce-obsessed crew behind Heatonist next week, and it’s your chance to eat an absurd amount of cheese alongside seven artisanal hot sauces, served with unlimited pours of sparkling wine.
