Regardless, this is the latest thing from the team who brought you Mission Chinese and Commonwealth. It’s expansive and airy and it smells like fresh-cut wood. That’s because there’s a lot of it hanging around. On the walls. As the material the tables are made out of. Just… wood.

So you’re going to invite someone just-special-enough here. You’re not going to mention the wood. You’re simply going to walk in, survey the land, decide that the land is good and prepare to give that person something to talk about the next day.

Start by grabbing a pair of bar seats and enjoying some Stingers made with brandy and garden mint. The cocktailsmith behind the Interval will likely be making those for you. Work your way over to a table for some celery root gnocchi and tender lamb gilded with black garlic. Do whatever you want from there.
