Description

Edible gin and tonics.

Foie gras dime bags.

Liquid ravioli.

Those are more than just words at Intro Art Gallery & Chef’s Table, an experimental dinner party that’s about to enchant all of your senses because it’s open now on Friday and Saturday nights in North Hollywood. Here she is now.

You and a date will be greeted with prosecco at the door of an inconspicuous-looking brick building. You’ll be led into a candlelit art gallery where an artist’s latest works encircle a 24-foot-long table. Music curated by Sayers Club’s former GM will establish a mood as you’re being seated with a mere 18 other individuals.

At that point, Michelin-starred former Bastide/Providence chef Paul Shoemaker will do his thing. That is, present you with edible cocktails, bone marrow ravioli, comestible “dime bags” full of foie gras powder, pine nuts and cocoa puffs, and prime hanger steak in a 12-course meal paired with wines.

And if you can’t make it on the weekend, there’s always the option of booking the whole thing for a get-together with friends and associates.

It’s never too late to reroute that holiday party.
