Eventmasters are delighted to offer the finest Royal Ascot Hospitality packages from within the Villiers Club from Tuesday 18th June 2024 – Saturday 22nd June 2024. We are delighted to announce that in 2024 we will once again be providing official Royal Ascot corporate hospitality packages as an Official Hospitality Supplier (OHS) appointed directly by Ascot Racecourse.
Standing alongside the track with a stunning view towards the distinctive Grandstand, guests can be sure to soak up the racing in style. Bookings can be made for a minimum of two guests.
Villiers Club Hospitality Package Includes:
- Admission to the Village Enclosure, located at the heart of the track next to the home straight
- Spacious and relaxed race viewing area plus high and low seating, ideal for socialising
- Village Enclosure ticket
- Casual seating
- Welcome drink upon arrival
- Tapas-style dishes, mini desserts, evening gourmet burger
- Afternoon tea
- Complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks
- Racecard, plus one car park label per couple
