Single: $1650/Double occupancy $825.00 per person – $50 per person non-refundable deposit to book.

Triple occupancy $625.00/Quad occupancy $525.00 per person – $50 per person non-refundable deposit to book.

Monthly payments of $150 or more per person required.

Package Terms: All deposits & payments are non-refundable due to strict contractual agreements with Hotel and Airlines. Essence Festival is considered a “Special Event” no refunds can be issued. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, Government action (Deployment), personal or medical emergencies.

Payment Terms: Initial $50 per person non-refundable deposit is required to RESERVE ROOMS. Rooms are limited and rates are not lock-in until fully deposited. Required monthly payment based on room occupancy on the 15th of the month starting January 15th, 2022 . All Final payments are due on May 15th, 2022 Payments received after the Final Due date will occur a $50 per person late fee. Payment accepted: Eventbrite, Pay Pal, Cash App, Zelle (service fees added to transaction do not go towards your trip balance). Room is not confirmed until the room is paid in full. All balances must be paid within 5 days of the final due date or room will be subject to cancellation. Hotel confirmations will be emailed approx. 15 days prior to the event.

Guests Terms: Initial deposit per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate. Guest room’s rates are based on total occupancy. Monthly payments must be made to keep your reservation secured. Please adhere to the Payment schedule. Non-payment will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeit all monies paid. Monthly payments must be made by the 15th to avoid cancellation. It is your responsibility, to ensure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you may be required to pay a lower occupancy rate or your reservation may be cancelled without refund. All roommates must make their initial deposits at the same time for the occupancy selected. (Ex. If double occupancy is selected and deposits have been received for two listed roommates, your accommodations will be confirmed as double occupancy; this cannot later be merged with an additional double to form a request for a quad occupancy). All guests must be able to do package days 7/1/22-7/4/22. No price adjustments. Based on hotel availability you may be able to add additional days, at an additional rate.

If partial (one person cancels) cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial room occupancy the room occupancy rate will be adjusted. Payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guests added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date. Guests cannot transfer payments to another reservation or person in the room. If total cancellation occurs you may resell your room. Please provide written notification on guest additions to your reservation. (1) Name changes without fee permitted until 5/15/21 additional requests for name change $25 service fee.

NOPSI Hotel, New Orleans will require you to present a credit card or cash per person at check-in for incidentals hold. Hotel rates are subject to change until fully deposited. Room assignment is at the Hotel discretion. Hotel Check-In is 4 p.m. and Hotel Check-Out is 12:00 noon.

Group air can be arranged for groups of 10 or more guests departing from the same airport on the same scheduled itinerary to New Orleans. Rates will be based on airline current quoted rates. No additional seats can be added after the contracted date. An initial deposit of $100 per person is required to reserve air. *Flights can be arranged from most U.S. Cities. *Air packages rates subject to change based on current availability. Please contact agent for more details.

All Places Are Possible is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages to person or property or affiliated with Essence Magazine, Essence Festival, City of New Orleans, Mercedes Benz Superdome, NOPSI Hotel, New Orleans, or any hotels, airlines, party promoters, or event venues in the New Orleans. We will not be responsible for any claims due to cancellations, changes, inclement weather, no-shows, lost/stolen items, bodily harm/death, refunds, fire/safety hazards, unlawfulness, or personal actions. Hotel room types will be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Hotel package rates are based on current availability and subject to change. Hotel will require you to present a credit card or cash per person at check-in for incidentals hold. We do not sell tickets for the Essence Music show performances. Tickets can be purchased on the Ticketmaster website.
