FAQs
1 . Can we really pay $500 per person to hold our spot?
Answer: Yes, you only have to pay $500 per person in your group to hold your spots, but the $500 is non-refundable if you decide not to go to the Essence Festival. If you do decide to book with us, the $500 deposit goes towards your package balance.
2. What Are The Actual Dates For the 2024 Essence Music Festival?
Answer: July 4, 2024 – July 8, 2024
3. Where are the concert seats located?
Answer: Most of our seats are located on the Floor or Plaza level of the Superdome, which is one level up from the floor. ***If You Book Your Package After March 31st, 2024, We’ll Only Have Terrace Level Seating Available.***
4. How often would I have to make payments to complete my obligation?
Answer: Once you have made your initial deposits, each individual in the group will need to make a monthly payment of $100 or more right up until the full payment of your package is due, which is usually around May.
5. When Is My Full Payment Due?
Answer: May 15, 2024
6. What are my payment options?
Answer: We accept payment by checking account and credit/debit card with VISA, MC, AMEX, etc.
7. How far is this hotel away from the Superdome?
Answer: Our hotel accommodations will be less than mile radius from all of the Essence event locations. You will be able to get to all locations with a few minutes via walking, Uber, or trolley.
8. What is the Refund Policy?
Answer: Any amount paid over the $500 initial deposit is refundable anytime up until October 15th, 2023. After October 15th, 2023, due to strict contractual obligations with our Hotels and Vendors, we have a strict NO REFUND policy for anything short of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.
9. Should I Get Travel Insurance?
