National Sawdust, the newish nonprofit concert/art installation spot (we know) in the neighborhood. And that
matters. So here are the times you’ll want this at your disposal.

Rug-cutting burns calories, and so you need some calories to burn. We recommend, in order, the

—Steak tartare with artichoke leaves
—Pork schnitzel with herbs, pickles, marinated vegetables and foie rouille
