Eat at AC3: A venture from three legendary local restaurateurs where you’ll get smoked cheddar burgers and schnitzel with local drafts and Crystal Clear cocktails (tequila, Fresno chili, cilantro, lime and agave). You couldn’t—nay, wouldn’t—do this without schnitzel.

Appreciate fine art: AKA taking Instagram photos of your people hanging around the lobby beside its wall of vintage roller skates and a lone, bikini’d mannequin diving into a canvas.

Cavort half-naked in public: By which we mean there’s a big pool with private cabanas. And a backyard lawn with gratis yoga and tai chi, along with lawn games, cornhole and a music stage.
