Lunch Happens Here. Also, Here.

TABLE FOR TWO

Lunch Happens Here. Also, Here.

Your lunchtime angel says: “Go to the Little Beet Table. It’s a new NYC transplant with healthy-leaning things like hamachi crudo and pumpkin soup.”

Your lunchtime devil says: “The Halal Guys opened a new location in the Loop. So, gyros.”

You say: “Good thing lunch happens every day.”

GAME ROOM

This Pinball Exhibit Is a Pinball Exhibit

You were probably not aware that Chicago was the birthplace of pinball. GLOW AND BEHOLD

Expo Is Here. So Is This Glow-in-the-Dark Dinner.

That big international modern art thing, otherwise known as Expo, is coming to Chicago this weekend. So that’ll be an interesting date night.

Sunday
Common’s Music Festival Is Back. It’s So Back.

SAY AAHH

Common’s Music Festival Is Back. It’s So Back.

After a yearlong hiatus, Common’s Aahh! Fest returns to Union Park with a live DJ battle and performances from the likes of J. Cole, the Roots and Common himself. Just because you have to scream to pronounce the name of this thing doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go.

Sam Eichner

Sam Eichner likes literature, reality television and his twin cats equally. He has consistently been told he needs a shave since he started growing facial hair.
