Behold: A Magnum of Cristal 2007
Like the old saying goes: the more [Champagne], the merrier. So we got you a magnum of Cristal bubbly. Not only that, but this particular 2007 vintage garnered 95 points from Robert Parker Wine Advocate. Luckily, it’s been real humble about it.

WE’LL DO IT LIVE
Live at Lido Is Decidedly Back at the Standard
Remember that live music series that the Standard used to have? Well, it’s back. And its revival starts with a performance by Millionyoung. There will also be Jolt Radio doing a DJ set. There will also be you, waterfront, drinking drinks and bobbing your head under the stars. We were promised stars.

SHORE THING
Not That You Needed One, But Here's an Excuse to Have Drinks
The lobby at 1 Hotel is now called Drift. It’s an earthy cocktail lounge where you’ll find rum drinks, plus croquetas and truffle fries from Pubbelly’s Chef Jose Mendin. Maybe bring a date. Maybe make a whole thing of it. These are just suggestions, mind you.
DULY NOTED
Symphony Under the Stars in the Design District: Happening
It’s not every day you get to watch the Miami Symphony Orchestra and guests perform a gratis concert produced by multi-Grammy Award winner Emilio Estefan alfresco amid the art and beauty of the Design District. No, it’s not every day. In fact, it’s only this Friday.
Saturday
HAKUNA MIMOSA
You Will Brunch Here. You Will Brunch Hard.
There are some situations that only an Italian brunch can cure. Situations like any night before said Italian brunch. Which is why you’ll want to hit up the Alley’s new one for Panetone French toast with bourbon-fig compote and everything pizza bagels with smoked salmon. And other reasons, but those’ll do for now.
HORSE PLAY
Horses and Champagne and Dancing and Stuff
If you thought the Pegasus World Cup could use a more clubby vibe, well… here you go. LIV Boardwalk Village is hitting Gulfstream Park for the race, with food from Komodo, Planta and OTL, and a concert where people you hear on the radio will be doing what they do. Playing music mostly.
What Else Is New
ON BEAUTY
We Found the Most Beautiful Bar Carts in Existence
And we put them all right here for you. We also thought you should know about this trendy new iPhone app, called “Die with Me” (it’s not what you might think it is). Finally, we celebrated yesterday’s Oscar nominations by giving out superlatives for most politically motivated snub, most jealous non-nominee and more…
On a typical Wednesday, Ginger Harris is likely seeking reposado tequila, squeezing her way to the front of a concert or jumping on the back of an Indian motorcycle. That’s just Wednesdays, though.
