Dominique Ansel is turning part of his restaurant, 189, into the Dom’s Burgers pop-up for the week. Expect
four kinds of burgers (including lamb and fried chicken varieties), plus a faux outdoor park setup that
features a lemonade stand, a nuts cart and fake pigeons. Feel the Hollywood magic.
