It’s impossible to condense the massively colorful spirit of Carnivale into a single food truck. But you can’t blame these guys for trying. Especially when their attempt includes mobile chimichurri fries, Mexican steak sandwiches and a real live cotton candy machine. As opposed to a fake live one.

Thursday night, Hubbard Inn is transforming into the ever-exclusive Dorsia from American Psycho. Naturally, you and your suited companions will feast upon lobster escargot and blood sausage, enjoy some ’80s music and fastidiously compare business cards. Afterward, you will not attempt to feed an ATM a stray cat.
