A Summer Solstice Smoke Out Is Going Down at Pig Beach Tomorrow

There’s no better way to commemorate the first day of summer than by hitting an outdoor barbecue at Gowanus’s Pig Beach, where Austin-based meat expert Jess Pryles will be serving up smoked tri tip tacos with Texas caviar and Southern bartender Natalie Migliarini will be mixing up black rub-rimmed bourbon margaritas.
