This group already owns the renowned Orient Extrême and Yoko restaurants and has totally build a new setting designed by Gilles & Boissier, famous Parisian architects. Taking over this address in the 1st arrondissement for his latest Japanese restaurant , Chef Yamashita, expresses in each meal special flavors which combines tradition and contemporaneity of Japanese cuisine.
