Jeremiah Langhorne begins his residency at Chefs Club this week, where he’ll man the kitchen through the end of March.
The Beard-nominated chef comes from D.C.’s Michelin-starred The Dabney, and has also spent time at Noma, so we trust he’s got some interesting (and visually pleasing?) dishes in store. An idea of what to expect: grilled foie gras biscuits with sherry maple gastrique; ember-roasted fall squash soup with smoked feta and walnuts; and chicken and dumplings with root vegetables.
