We’ve got a toothsome Italian spot from the ex-Scarpetta chef to address today. So let’s address the hell out of it. It’s called Impero Caffè, it’s where you’ll soon be enjoying many exceptional and attractive pastas, and it’s open now at the Innside New York NoMad. This place is here for third dates, the occasional post-work group dinner and times you’re in the general area craving duck-and-black-truffle cavatelli from somewhere with a patio. Watch as a trained food-serving professional transforms a simple white-clothed table into one filled with Scott Conant–made food items (you may also know him from Top Chef or Chopped). There’s the braised rabbit and mint pappardelle, the pork ragù paccheri, the diver scallops with scallion salsa verde… There’s the slideshow
