After a week of non-perishable provisions, you could use a real meal.

Something fresh. On a plate. In a dining room. With A.C.

Enter Coco Bambu, a giant new seafood restaurant imported from Brazil that just opened in the old stomping grounds of Miami Ad School.

Bring your friends. Bring your family. Bring the entire floor of your building. There are 450 seats inside this spot and an LED-illuminated glass wine cellar that you believe people really should see.

Make sure to mention the first round of Caipi Cocos (frozen coconut and vodka) are on you. Unless you actually brought the whole floor.

There’s an outdoor patio that begs some sitting on. But if you’re to keep things cool, you’ll end up plotting your grand seafood feast within the belly of this tropically toned behemoth.

In the end, the table might opt for the grilled “fisherman’s net” with lobster tails, shrimp, mussels, Mahi Mahi, calamari and saffron rice for four. And not necessarily for the saffron rice.

And confirming recent theories that there’s always room for lava cake with dulce de leche ice cream, everyone will agree they have room for lava cake with dulce de leche ice cream.

At which point you’ll all just linger there, basking in the cool, cool A.C.

And thinking cool thoughts.
