After engaging in rum-based Vanilla Old Fashioneds or Champagne, you’ll either go a la carte or full tasting menu. Eatt’s chefs, vets of Michelin-starred restaurants, run the place, so you’ll be in good hands whether you do five, seven or nine courses.
Nine it shall be. And we know you’ll love the chef’s table, elevated for better witnessing tomahawk cuts emerge from that smoking glass box thing and seeing Iberico Secreto get deglazed live, no editing.
Then you’ll probably want to come back with a crew someday to storm the glass-encased private room. Where projection mapping fills the table with trippy images, making things look underwater when your scallops are served.
They’ll also project everybody’s name on their plates. Which could be useful.
