The Essentials
The word “supra” means, “a Georgian feast featuring an abundance of food, wine, and toasts (sometimes poetic, often lengthy, occasionally punctuated by song).” Supra is a uniquely Georgian dining experience, featuring homemade breads, garlicky chicken, fantastic wines, and lots of vegetarian and vegan options. If you’re feeling like it, they invite you to sit at the communal table in the center of the restaurant, true supra style.
