A Couple of Solid Footwear Pop-Ups to Hit This Week

The Iconic Sneakers Pop-Up

This one’s down in Soho, where Zappos (go, Zappos!) will be sponsoring a temporary brick-and-mortar housing a curated selection of classic sneakers: Chuck Taylors, Old Skools, Stan Smiths… you get the idea. It’ll be the first time a lot of these classics will be offered under one roof, so if you’re looking to add to your collection, this is the right place to go. The_Ones will also exist digitally, where you’ll be able to buy sneakers through a shoppable Instagram account.

The Winter Boots, Etc. Pop-Up

And then there’s the recently opened Red Wing Heritage pop-up over in Tribeca: home to the full men’s and women’s collections (including limited-edition boots like the Irish Setter collection and the latest fall styles) in addition to their new leather goods line (with belts, wallets, gloves and more). The shop, which will run through the spring, will be the best assortment of Red Wing Heritage in the country.
