Spa at the Linq

Real versatile stuff, that salt. Last night: licked off of rims… and other things. Today: inhaled. So breathe in deep at the Spa at the Linq, the hotel’s very first oasis of relaxation primed with all of the salt caves and zero-gravity loungers necessary to accomplish bodily nirvana, now open. Yup, the Linq has a brand-new wood-paneled complex devoted to easing all of those tense muscles you’ve earned around the Strip. Like when you had to pick up a pitcher filled with slushy alcohol by the pool. Or when you pulled a slot handle with a little too much aplomb. Typical. Just book an appointment, arrive a few minutes before your session and before long you’ll be sitting back on a zero-gravity lounger, comfortably simmering in a whirlpool and breathing in briny air thanks to a Himalayan salt cave. At some point you’ll be led into a room for your heated-desert-stone massage or hydrating detox body wrap made from French green clay, peppermint and seaweed. You can even plug in a device and play your own music through the treatment room’s speakers. Wu-Tang does wonders for relaxation.
